Job Responsibilities
- Participate in and/or supervise outages.
- Record all relevant data and communicate information to the engineering department.
- Perform risk assessments for all activities onsite.
- Audit safety training on individual sites for team members.
- Perform daily toolbox talks.
- Report accidents or near misses to the HSE team and assist in investigations.
- Ensure team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Complete quality documentation and follow technical specifications.
- Carry out checks and witness key stages of the job.
- Ensure necessary parts are available and order shortfalls.
- Complete quality plan and work-pack documents.
- Attend customer site meetings and provide progress updates.
- Contribute to pre and post outage meetings.
- Record extra work details and authorize tasks from customers.
- Complete crew performance feedback and contribute to evaluations.
Required Skills / Knowledge
- Efficient with Microsoft Projects, Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet navigation.
- Strong crew leadership skills.
- Proven customer communication skills.
- Reliable, high energy self-starter.
- Committed to safety and quality.
- Specialty skills – MHC / EHC Controls, Vibration, Generator, Complex alignment, etc.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience with gas and steam turbine generator overhauls.
- 7+ years of turbine field supervision or OEM training/experience (GE, Siemens, Alstom, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Westinghouse, or similar).
Education Requirements
- OEM training certification.
- Equivalent experience must be extensive in lieu of OEM training.

About the Role
- Lead technical execution, crew support, and troubleshooting during turbine overhauls, inspections, repairs, and installations.
- Shop support, sales support, and technical reporting are also included in responsibilities.
Schedule
- 90% travel and 100% availability when not on vacation.
