Responsibilities
- Supervise Field Service Technicians, monitor their performance and coordinate their schedules
- Manage service, installation, commissioning, retrofit, preventative maintenance and warranty visits (for all Aventus technologies)
- Support for preparation of quotations for installations, retrofits, service and maintenance visits as required
- Verify accuracy and quality of field service reports and ensure all follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner
- Work closely with project management prior, during and after installation and commissioning of equipment and retrofits as well as monitoring equipment delivery status
- Coordinate sourcing of Service Engineers from Aventus affiliates
- Affiliate with the recruitment and onboarding of Field Service Technicians including the preparation of training plans and assessments
- Manage training for Field Service Technicians according to the matrix of skills
- Affiliate with the After Sales department to provide customer support, generate quotes, process and confirm orders and follow up on deliveries
- Conduct customer site visits as needed
- All other duties as requested
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Working experience required/preferred: 5 years in industry related field
- Special certification or licenses: Not specified
- Other Skills: The ability to supervise and lead a team, Advanced technical understanding, Excellent organizational Skills, Excellent English communication skills (a second language would be an asset), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, A high level of detail and accuracy, Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines, Strong computer skills (MS Office, SAP), Service oriented, Ability to travel
