Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Aid in developing, refining, and enforcing requirements for all contractual SOWs, SOPs, and safety procedures
- Resolve conflicts or issues arising during scheduling and coordination of visits for assigned IMAP teams
- Ensure assigned IMAP teams perform visits in accordance with the contract and professionally
- Communicate with assigned IMAP technicians regularly to share feedback, expectations, and best practices
- Ensure technicians have necessary documents and information before visits
- Review Weekly Status Reports to verify adherence to approved SOWs and manage time effectively
- Prepare cost and labor estimates for corrective maintenance work
- Propose Preventative and Corrective Maintenance SOW changes for Government approval
- Review and edit Service Reports for accuracy, clarity, and completeness
- Review and edit Equipment PM checklists for completeness and inclusion of work details
- Edit and clarify Bills of Material included in Service Reports
- Coordinate with IMAP Logistics team to identify and procure parts and materials
- Coordinate with Logistics Manager to ensure technicians have required tools, equipment, and PPE
- Review and approve Deltek Timesheets for technicians on assigned IMAP teams
- Advise OBO, Facility Managers, and deployed IMAP technicians on SOW matters
- Support IMAP Data Entry Specialists in documenting IMAP work in client’s computerized maintenance management software
- Periodically travel to overseas work locations for QA oversight
- Complete necessary inspection reports and documentation for QA visits
- Create and update standardized maintenance checklists and procedures for assigned IMAP teams
- Identify unsatisfactory trends or repetitive discrepancies and recommend improvements
- Give feedback to technicians on assigned IMAP teams to improve performance and quality
- Maintain knowledge of latest applicable technical codes and regulations
- Interview and vet prospective technicians for assigned IMAP teams
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance; TS Clearance preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a mechanical field from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical design, renovation, or HVAC/BAS maintenance management, OR
- Associate's degree in a mechanical field from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical design, renovation, or HVAC/BAS maintenance, OR
- Master's HVAC license AND 7 years' experience in mechanical design, renovation, or HVAC/BAS maintenance
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with handling multiple concurrent workflows and meeting competing deadlines
- Physical ability to travel overseas, work on ladders, access rooftops, and lift/carry materials/tools
- Familiarity with safety regulations such as ASHRAE, ISA (111), OSHA, NFPA 70 (E), NEMA, etc.
