About the role
The Field Service Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in the Houston area.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to equipment and systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
- Document service calls and maintenance activities
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve their needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of field service experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with industrial equipment and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
