What You Will Do
- Cover system integration, field deployment, testing, and support of products and services
- Support test range air and maritime operations
- Provide repair, calibration, and maintenance services
- Perform sensor data collection in support of product development
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of systems in the field
- Improve products based on field experience
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in information systems, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred)
- 5+ years of relative experience
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments for system setup, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
- Hands-on experience with electronic systems, wiring, connectors, and test equipment
- Experience using basic diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methods in field or lab environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort assembling, modifying, and repairing hardware systems
- Technical knowledge of sensor systems and unmanned vehicles
- Experience planning and executing prototype testing and validation
- Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company or field vehicles, if required
- Ability to work outdoors in austere environments and lift or move equipment safely
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting U.S. Department of Defense programs, defense systems, or mission-critical platforms
- Military or civilian maritime experience (plus)
- Experience fielding equipment in a variety of environments, including marine, coastal, desert, and urban settings
- Experience with additive manufacturing, including 3D printing for prototyping or field-expedient repairs
- Experience with small unmanned aerial systems (UAS) (e.g., DJI, FPV), unmanned underwater vehicles (UUV), uncrewed surface vessels (USV)
