Field Service Representative I – Oklahoma City, OK

About the role

This position is directly responsible for serving the needs of our healthcare clients, inclusive of the delivery, pickup and maintenance of cutting-edge medical device equipment. The Field Service Representative will interface with Solventum customers daily and is responsible for building, cultivating, and maintaining superior customer relationships. Expect to spend 50-90% of each day on the road in a company vehicle within the assigned geographic areas in support of customers and patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medical device equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables, and documentation processing for delivery.
• Obtain and evaluate all information regarding service and product inquiries, providing prompt responses and appropriate follow-up.
• Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles.
• Organize and execute assigned work tasks to effectively and efficiently meet customer communicated timeframes for service.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Track inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Locate missing and misplaced equipment as needed.
• Assist and prepare outgoing items as well as receive incoming items daily for locations utilizing 3rd party shippers (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Gather customer feedback, responding and/or escalating to management as appropriate.
• Assist customers in the research and due diligence searches for missing and misplaced medical equipment within customer locations or the service environment.
• Utilize computer or other company-issued electronic equipment to timely execute transactions and accurately capture transactional data for company record-keeping.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing or service-related field.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work a non-traditional work schedule, which may include extended hours including evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties.
• Must meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office & iOS applications.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.

Work Details

Work location: Onsite

In-Service Territory: Oklahoma City, OK

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic (including potential for meetings or other business functions that require commercial air travel).

Relocation Assistance: Relocation is not authorized.

Company Vehicle: This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history.

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $39,040 - $53,680, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
