Responsibilities

• Serve the needs of our healthcare clients, inclusive of the delivery, pickup and maintenance of cutting-edge medical device equipment.
• Interface with Solventum customers daily and build, cultivate, and maintain superior customer relationships.
• Prepare medical equipment for patient use to include disinfection, quality control testing, preparation for use and transportation of the equipment to and from customer locations utilizing a company provided vehicle.
• Prepares medical device equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables, and documentation processing for delivery.
• Obtains and evaluates all information regarding service and product inquiries and provides prompt responses & appropriate follow up.
• Loading and unloading medical equipment from company vehicles.
• Organizes and executes assigned work tasks to effectively and efficiently meet customer communicated timeframes for service.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Tracks inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Locates missing and misplaced equipment as needed.
• Aids in customer research and due diligence searches for missing & misplaced medical equipment within customer locations or the service environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a customer facing or service-related field
• Current, valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, which may include extended hours including evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, as well as, demonstrated time management & prioritization skills

Benefits

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $39,040 - $53,680, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).

Pay

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
