Field Service Representative (5467)

About the role

The Field Service Representative (FSR) will support an Army program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, working with Facilities and Maintenance Directors to address mechanical and control issues for buildings and facilities under Army responsibility. This role requires travel within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and work with project engineers, system engineers, and end-users to develop cost-effective utility control designs and system solutions.
• Collaborate with essential/key team members to integrate correct IP infrastructure, points lists, critical alarms, and scaling set points as designed.
• Address TCP/IP networks and RS-485 communications across multiple protocols including BACnet, Lon, Modbus, and others.
• Write detailed daily reports on jobsite milestones and perform inspections and testing of utility monitoring systems.

Requirements

• Clearance Required: Secret
• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience
• Master's degree and 10 years of experience
• Associate's degree and 14 years of experience
• High school diploma and 16 years of experience
• FSR experience, preferably with Johnson Controls: METASYS
• Good knowledge and understanding of Utility Control Systems
• Good knowledge of ICS, SCADA, BMS, PLC, and Metering systems and how they operate
• Expert level user of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time within the continental U.S. (up to 25%)

Pay

The proposed salary for this position is: $90,000 USD - $125,000 USD
