About the role

As a Field Service Recruiter at Hitachi Energy, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring the technical talent that powers our service delivery to customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Recruit for field-based technical positions including: Field Service Engineers, Transformer Diagnostic Specialists, Commissioning Engineers, High Voltage Technicians, Electrical Engineers, Service Technicians, Installation and Maintenance Professionals.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, market mapping, and competitor targeting.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on service and engineering talent markets.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, and presentation of qualified talent.
  • Lead offer negotiation and candidate closing activities.
  • Utilize recruiting technology, analytics, and reporting tools to drive hiring efficiency and improve candidate experience.
  • Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent availability trends to business leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, policies, and candidate data privacy requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for field service, engineering, construction, manufacturing, industrial, utility, energy, electrical, or technical roles.
  • Proven success sourcing passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills.
  • Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
