About the role

We are offering a $5000 Sign on Bonus for a talented Field Service Power Generation Technician / Mechanic to join our Distribution Business in Hilliard, OH.

Responsibilities

• Completing repair activities on generators or components
• Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain detailed records of service
• Adequate Diesel Engine experience
• Proficient troubleshooting and repairs of generators, transfer switches, and auxiliary components
• Understanding switchgear schematics
• Maintain own tools

Requirements

• A current valid license is required for this role
• This role requires a 5 year motor vehicle report, free from major violations
• This role requires applicant to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
• This role is subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) driving regulations including Hours of Service and Electronic Log Booking Device use
• Federal law requires a CDL holder to be 21 years of age or older, applicant must be 21 years of age

Qualifications

• Broad mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance abilities
• High Voltage / Low Voltage experience
• Proficient experience with electrical repair and maintenance
• Basic Diesel Engine experience

Skills

• Proficient troubleshooting and repairs of generators, transfer switches, and auxiliary components
• Understanding switchgear schematics

Pay

Min Salary $37 Max Salary $42
