Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission our appliances at customer locations.
- Connect appliances to water and power in accordance with installation procedures.
- Perform commissioning checks and system validation.
- Verify appliance functionality after installation.
- Train customer personnel on basic operation and daily use.
- Document installation results.
- Execute scheduled maintenance visits.
- Diagnose and resolve appliance issues in the field.
- Translate field learnings back to our Product Team.
- Replace worn or defective components or appliances.
- Escalate complex technical issues to Engineering and Technical Support teams.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Conduct routine site visits to verify proper appliance operation.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
- Act as internal point of contact linking operations with online customer input.
- Provide feedback from the field to Operations and Engineering teams.
- Identify recurring field issues and improvement opportunities.
- Collect and report appliance performance data.
- Support field testing of product improvements and new consumables.
- Provide structured feedback to Engineering and Product teams.
- Contribute to the development of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
Required Qualifications
- A technical degree or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, HVAC, Field Service, or a related discipline.
- 3-7 years of experience in field service, technical operations, equipment installation, or maintenance.
- Experience working with electromechanical systems.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, pressure systems, and fluid handling.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-facing experience and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience servicing beverage, coffee, water, vending, or food-service equipment.
- Familiarity with CO₂ systems and pressure equipment.
- Basic knowledge of networking and connected devices.
- Startup or pilot-launch experience.
