About the Role

This full-time position is based in Hillsboro, OR, with local and domestic travel required as needed. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers, leading on-site operations, and ensuring the expertise and resources of WGNSTAR are leveraged to support customer initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for customers, coordinating all account activity and support.
  • Contribute to account management initiatives and ensure organizational resources support agreed initiatives.
  • Provide overall leadership and management of on-site operations.
  • Report on performance KPIs and metrics to customers and internal leadership.
  • Provide technical mentoring to Operations teams.
  • Coordinate and participate in site meetings between business teams and customers.
  • Represent WGNSTAR in planning, operational, and business development meetings.
  • Manage, supervise, and monitor employee and team performance.
  • Oversee the finance of operations and control costs.
  • Ensure the health and safety of staff and contractors working under WGNSTAR direction.
  • Plan and take action to protect company and customer assets, reputation, and ensure business continuity.
  • Complete timecard review and submission on a weekly basis.
  • Support peers with account coverage as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in a management role, directly managing personnel in a Fab environment.
  • Ability to travel locally and domestically to customer sites, including frequent travel between Chandler and North Phoenix sites.
  • Customer-friendly, presentable, and personable as a Company Representative.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to manage customer escalations constructively.
  • IT proficiency with the ability to write clear, coherent, concise, and professional emails, letters, and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Physical Demands

  • Continuous work in an office environment, sitting at a desk for long periods, using a computer, and answering the telephone.
  • Occasional walking, standing, driving, and lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.

Pay

$75,000–$90,000 annually, dependent on experience.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
