Field Service Manager
About the Role
As a Field Service Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader for field operations, ensuring the right technicians are in the right place at the right time. You’ll motivate your team, maintain strong customer relationships, and keep workflows efficient.
Responsibilities
- Managing Work Orders: Stay on top of work orders by opening and closing orders, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth operations with internal systems.
- Dispatching and Workflow Management: Assign the right technicians to the right jobs at the right time, juggle schedules, and manage workflows to ensure clarity on job assignments.
- Deliver Top-Notch Service to Customers: Communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process.
- Communication: Connect with the team and customers to keep operations running smoothly and ensure alignment.
- Team Management and Development: Lead a team of technicians by motivating them, supporting their growth, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Customer Service and Relationship Building: Ensure customer satisfaction, build strong relationships, and deliver a world-class experience.
Requirements
- Leadership Abilities: Ready to step into a leadership role with a desire to learn and grow.
- Customer Service Skills: Passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident using computers and quick to learn new systems.
- Experience: Familiarity with the industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Communication: Express yourself clearly, both in writing and conversation.
- Pace: Thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift, and no two days are the same.
- Valid Work Authorization: Must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Pay
$70,000–$90,000 per year with 24% bonus potential.
