About the role
The Field Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of field service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the maintenance and repair of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage field service teams to ensure efficient and effective repairs and maintenance services are provided to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are available for field service technicians.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and maintain high-quality service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position within the field service industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Pay
Annual salary range: $85,000 - $95,000.
