Field Service/Installation Technician

About the role

The Field Service/Installation Technician plays a crucial role in driving dentistry forward by providing maintenance and repair services, training staff and customers on equipment usage, and contributing to Benco Dental's mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair services out in the field
• Train staff on using equipment
• Train customers on using equipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform tasks in tight spaces
• Able to work in various environments, including customer sites and occasionally use power tools

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based programs
• Organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills

Skills

• Technical training in the bio-medical or electronics field (preferred)
• Mechanical or Technical experience/education
• Electrical, Customer service, Military, or Software/hardware experience
• Pneumatics HVAC experience
