About the role
As a Field Service Coordinator in our Product Services Division, you’ll work as a Field employee, collaborating with Sales and Field End User Specialists to drive growth and support end-user accounts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct effective end-user demonstrations and product knowledge events with the Sales and Field End User Specialist.
- Gain operational experience by learning Service Center functions, including retail, back-end repair processes, inventory management, and profit and loss statements.
- Service and manage end-user accounts through strategic planning to provide optimal business solutions.
- Support service repair marketing programs, promote new products and accessories, and convert competitive products to gain market share.
- Grow the account base through aggressive prospecting for new customers.
- Promote all Stanley Black & Decker brands using marketing programs and leverage field resources to drive sales through distribution partners, product placement, and safety training.
- Regularly visit end-users at buy offices and job sites within an assigned area to seed products and drive conversions.
- Identify new sales opportunities, create and deliver value-added offerings to key decision-makers, and maintain profitable ROI for SBD.
- Build and execute SBD relationships with key end-users, serving as a liaison between product managers, markets, and other SBD resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience.
- Experience with power tools and construction.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% within the specified sales territory and potentially outside of it, including up to two weeks at a time.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and entering purchase orders.

Pay
The total target cash compensation range for this position is $84,000.00 - $135,200.00. This range reflects the lowest to highest total target cash compensation at the time of posting and may vary based on job level, geographic location, experience, and compliance with local wage requirements. The role is eligible for a sales incentive plan or commission, with the range inclusive of base salary and target variable cash compensation. Annual merit increases may also be available.
