About the role
The Field Service Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Field Services Team. This position requires strong attention to detail, high levels of accuracy and organizational skills, along with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Field Services Team by providing operational and administrative assistance.
- Ensures all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Works independently and collaborates with team members to meet project goals.
- Enhances customer service by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of related experience and/or training.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- HSD or GED equivalent.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of accuracy and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
