Field Service Coordinator
Join our team as a Field Service Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in supporting our Controls Service Team with back-office operations. Your commitment to both internal and external customer satisfaction is paramount. This position involves assisting with Service Agreements, Time and Material Service Tickets, Service Projects, and other business-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide back-office support for the Controls Service Team.
- Assist with managing Service Agreements, Time and Material Service Tickets, and Service Projects.
- Coordinate dispatch operations for the field service team.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry using Microsoft Office applications.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and make timely decisions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members both verbally and in writing.
- Apply basic mathematical concepts to analyze data and draw valid conclusions.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in the service industry as a Dispatcher/Coordinator.
- Proficiency in Windows applications, primarily Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills to define problems and gather data.
- Ability to speak articulately in one-on-one or small group settings.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Skills
- Experience in customer service and administration.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on engineering and technical language.
- Ability to perform under pressure and handle conflict.
Work Environment
This position is based in an office environment in Phoenix, Arizona, where you will work closely with others. The role offers growth opportunities and exposure to clients in a collaborative setting. Pay
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
