Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Tax Accountant with sales tax reconciliations, federal and state tax compliance, audit support, and various tax and accounting related projects for the Associate Tax Accountant role in Costa Mesa, CA.
• Support the regional field service supervisor with troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and commissioning support of PV inverters and ancillary equipment/systems for the Field Service Technician roles in Pueblo County, UT, Phoenix, AZ, Bowling Green, KY, Fort Wayne, IN, and East St Louis, IL.
• Ensure personnel and safety issues are given priority to maintain a safe and efficient working environment for all personnel and equipment.
• Implement and enforce safety management policies and procedures regarding the facility, including safety information, hazard analysis, safe operations/Maintenance Training, subcontractor compliance, plant integrity, work permits, emergency planning, and response.
• Play a key role in the Service department for the Business Development Manager – Service position in Greater Houston (Remote).

Requirements

For the Associate Tax Accountant role, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required. Experience in tax compliance and auditing is preferred.

For the Field Service Technician roles, a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant experience in solar technology, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

For the Associate Tax Accountant role, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
