Responsibilities

• Electrical Engineer – BESS: Plays a key role in the service engineering team, focusing on technical customer-facing tasks.
• Field Service Technician – PV: Supports commissioning, warranty, and O&M of PV inverters and ancillary equipment, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Field Service Technician – BES: Supports commissioning, warranty, and O&M of PV inverters and ancillary equipment, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Vendor Audit Specialist: Performs audits to ensure vendors meet contractual and policy requirements, addressing gaps and improving partnerships.
• Vendor Contract Specialist: Manages SLAs with subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient agreement processing.
• EHS & Fleet Coordinator: Provides administrative support for EHS and Fleet Management programs, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
• Operation Analyst: Supports logistics operations, inventory transfers, and freight invoice management, ensuring on-time deliveries and efficient resolutions.
• Business Development Manager – Service Department: Plays a key role in the Service team, driving business development and strategic initiatives.
• Senior Technical Quality Engineer: Leads quality function, driving strategy, improvement, and engineering change governance for PV products.
• Assistant Electrical Engineer: Supports ongoing analysis and reporting efforts for Sungrow’s PV products, ensuring comprehensive understanding of installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance procedures.
• Electrical Engineer – Training Center: Develops and implements technical training programs for internal service field engineers, service vendor partners, and customers.
• Transformer Engineer: Applies knowledge and theory of Electrical Engineering, Magnetics, and Power systems, completing internal and customer-specific reviews.
• Electrical Engineer – Repair Center: Diagnoses and repairs solar inverters and related electrical equipment, performing board-level component replacements, and supporting quality testing.
• Technical Quality Service Technician – BESS: Implements engineering changes and upgrades to machines, serving as a key member of the Technical Quality Team.
• Technical Quality Engineer – Inverter: Acts as the program-level owner of engineering changes and reworks, ensuring timely intake, technical triage, and structured escalation of rework-related issues.
• Logistics Specialist (Bilingual Mandarin Required): Responsible for end-to-end logistics, inventory, and order operations, including inbound and outbound shipment coordination, inventory control, backorder management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Transformer Technical Coordinator – Mandarin Required: Oversees vendor dispatch and coordination, manages spare parts procurement, maintains detailed records, and liaises between vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
