Field Service Associate - Part-Time

About the role

The Field Service Associate will represent Arbill to the Safety and Operations teams at a client site, managing Arbill-owned inventory stored onsite. This role involves restocking, receiving, inventory counts, and resupply, as well as identifying opportunities for growth and coordinating with the Safety Advisor. The Associate serves as the face of Arbill and a brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through timely and accurate VMI counts and vending machine replenishments.

Responsibilities

• Pack, unpack, and mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, or electronic marking tools.
• Accurately move received product to storage bins and replenish inventory to pick bins, VMI shelving, and vending equipment.
• Identify incorrect or short-shipped items and immediately notify a supervisor.
• Perform inventory management, including identifying, counting, and verifying on-hand inventory, and updating counts in systems, spreadsheets, or vending equipment.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and coordinate with the Safety Advisor and on-site management.
• Work independently while maintaining a predetermined daily schedule.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting, demonstrating mechanical inclination.
• Communicate with on-site management, technical personnel, end users, Arbill support staff, and Arbill management.
• Provide training for the use of vending equipment to on-site end users.
• Operate forklifts or other machinery to complete tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with the Client Relations group on managing and executing client needs, including cases in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), P21 (ERP), and ASD (vending interface).

Requirements

• High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous VMI/Vending experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between sites.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
