Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of new technologies to assist marketing and sales teams
- Coordinate daily requests from the field team
- Conduct daily reviews of the Uplft field sales platform, including check-in/check-out and KPI metrics
- Help roll out new field sales strategies with team members
- Communicate key Tier 1-2 chain programs to the respective field team regions
- Aid Regional Managers and Directors with weekly and monthly sales performance calls, recaps, deck builds, audits, and special initiative rollups
- Provide follow-up training and guidance for sales/merchandising new hires
- Lead new hire training calls and coordinate involvement from the relevant departments
- Deliver Uplft sales portal training for Regional Managers and Directors
- Pull and analyze basic sales reports as requested
- Support the Sr. Field Sales Support Manager with tasks such as samples, fleet management, and forms
- Onboard new field sales hires into Jira and manage sales roster updates
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in beverage or CPG sales
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in advanced computing functions
- Familiarity with databases and sales software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and multitask
