Field Sales Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of new technologies to assist marketing and sales teams
• Coordinate daily requests from the field team
• Conduct daily reviews of the Uplft field sales platform, including check-in/check-out and KPI metrics
• Help roll out new field sales strategies with team members
• Communicate key Tier 1-2 chain programs to the respective field team regions
• Aid Regional Managers and Directors with weekly and monthly sales performance calls, recaps, deck builds, audits, and special initiative rollups
• Provide follow-up training and guidance for sales/merchandising new hires
• Lead new hire training calls and coordinate involvement from the relevant departments
• Deliver Uplft sales portal training for Regional Managers and Directors
• Pull and analyze basic sales reports as requested
• Support the Sr. Field Sales Support Manager with tasks such as samples, fleet management, and forms
• Onboard new field sales hires into Jira and manage sales roster updates

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in beverage or CPG sales
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in advanced computing functions
• Familiarity with databases and sales software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and multitask
