Field Sales Representative - Smart Home Security

What You’ll Do

• Engage homeowners directly through door-to-door outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods
• Educate prospects on our products and services using a proven sales process
• Generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and close sales where applicable
• Accurately document activity and outcomes using provided tools
• Represent the brand professionally and consistently in the field

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with face-to-face, residential sales environments
• Self-motivation, discipline, and resilience
• Ability to work independently while following a structured process
• Prior door-to-door or outside sales experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Environment

• Full-time, field-based role
• Daytime and early evening hours
• Outdoor, residential territory coverage

This is a W-2 position offering guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission, with structured training, daily support, and clear performance expectations.
