We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, maybe schedule (travel 50%). Pay not mentioned. So we should include sections: About the role (maybe a brief intro), Responsibilities, Requirements (Education and Experience), Skills/Qualifications (What we look for), Benefits, Schedule (travel). Also maybe "Location" but not needed. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to extract content. Let's parse: Intro: "Our growing business is in need of a Field Sales Representative to increase sales in our Utah market. The Field Sales Representative sells company products and services to assigned customers in territory." Then description of responsibilities: "Responsibilities include three primary objectives: creating sales, defending sales, and penetrating sales, for existing and potential customers." Then details: "Headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, TTI, Inc. is the world’s leading authorized distributor of passive, connector, electromechanical and discrete components. Celebrating more than 50 years, this Berkshire Hathaway company is ever-growing and has over 100 locations in North America, Europe, and Asia! Join a winning team in a growing global organization! Our Field Sales Representatives Team: ..." Then a long paragraph describing responsibilities (list of duties). We need to convert to
  • items. Then "Education and Experience Requirements:" then bullet list? Actually it's sentences. Then "What we look for:" then list of attributes. Then "What we offer our team members:" then benefits list. Also mention travel 50% etc. We must not include boilerplate like "Please note that we do not offer relocation assistance..." Actually that is substantive? It says no relocation assistance, candidates must be local or willing to relocate at own expense. That's relevant. Also ITAR requirement, visa sponsorship not available, only US persons. That's substantive. Should we include? Probably yes as part of Requirements or Additional info. Could be a separate section like "Eligibility". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put eligibility under Requirements or Qualifications. Since it's about work authorization, maybe under Requirements. Pay not mentioned, so omit Pay section. Schedule: travel 50% etc. So we can have Schedule section. Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer..." that's boilerplate; remove. Also "Want to learn more? Visit us at Working at TTI, Inc." remove. Now craft HTML. We'll have:

Schedule: we already included travel in Requirements, but we could also have a Schedule section focusing on travel. Since travel is a schedule aspect, we could put Schedule section with travel 50%. However we already used travel in Requirements; but guidelines: we should not duplicate. Could put travel under Schedule and remove from Requirements. Let's decide: The travel requirement is schedule-related. Better to have Schedule section. So move travel to Schedule. Thus Requirements will not include travel. We'll keep other requirements. Schedule:

    Schedule

    • Ability to travel up to 50% (amount varies based on territory assigned).
Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The bit about "This is a summary of the primary accountabilities and requirements for this position. The company reserves the right to modify or amend accountabilities and requirements at any time at its sole discretion based on business needs. Any part of this job description is subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities." That's boilerplate-ish but maybe considered generic; but it's a statement about modifications. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's not about EEO etc. However it's a generic disclaimer. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is a legal disclaimer about modifications; could be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to remove. Also "Please note that we do not offer relocation assistance for this position. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense." We kept that. Also "This position requires the use of information or access to hardware that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). To perform the position, you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Only candidates authorized to work in the United States will be considered." We kept. Now ensure no duplication: we have responsibilities list covering many points; ensure we didn't miss any from the long paragraph: Let's verify each bullet captured. Original responsibilities paragraph after "Our Field Sales Representatives Team:" includes many sentences. We captured them. Check each: - Sells company products and services by generating leads and calling on assigned customer accounts, delivering samples, product line cards and sales literature to customers and prospective customers resulting established relationships and winning product orders to achieving sales objectives. -> bullet about generating leads, delivering samples etc. - Establishes and maintains effective business rapport with customer’s purchasing and management staff by ensuring all aspects of transactions are handled in a professional, ethical, and timely manner resulting in TTI being viewed as the distributor of choice and getting the first call on the business. -> bullet about rapport. - Pursues new business leads by using all the resources available including reps, trade shows, networking, manufacturers, internet, and TTI Internal resources to penetrate and secure new business resulting in expanding the customer base and potential sale. -> bullet about pursuing new business leads. - Facilitate follow-thru on every level of the sales cycle by keeping touch with the customer, inside sales, manufacturers, sample request, quotes and make sure that everything is complete, timely and is meeting customer expectations. -> bullet about follow-through. - Attend quarterly business reviews (QBR) with the suppliers as well as regular meetings with internal management, to understand the business outlook and
