Field Sales Representative II - IP&E

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Washington and Northern Idaho markets, based in the Seattle, WA region. This role involves working closely with key accounts in the assigned sales territory to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with defined key accounts, planning strategy and developing relationships for solution selling.
• Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts to identify design opportunities and address business challenges.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in supply chain management and other value-added services.
• Collaborate with team members to drive overall branch growth and success.
• Develop strategic plans for assigned accounts, selling and marketing Arrow’s full set of offerings with in-depth knowledge of key supplier lines.
• Interact with contract manufacturers and articulate complex strategies to execute them.
• Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities.
• Utilize sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com and Oracle.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry, particularly IP&E (interconnect, passive, and electromechanical components).
• Knowledge of the assigned market/territory, including customers and competition.
• Recent industry experience in IP&E or related fields.
• Ability to promote and sell Arrow’s value-added services, supply chain, and full lifecycle programs.
• Experience dealing with contract manufacturers and interacting with vendors and customers in technical and engineering environments.
• Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting strategic plans and business reviews.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of technical field sales experience.
• A 4-year degree is preferred.

Schedule

• Fully remote with the ability to travel to an Arrow office as requested.
• Local travel throughout Seattle with occasional overnights in Idaho.

Pay

Annual hiring range: $84,300.00 - $132,002.64. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be finalized at offer.
