Field Sales Representative II
About the role
Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy, and develop key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling. Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who determine design opportunities and address existing business challenges. Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and other value-added services.
Requires experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment, along with an extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry. Develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market Arrow’s full set of offerings, and incorporate in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines.
Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), present strategic plans, and outline implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer service. Lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities. Promote and sell Arrow’s value-added services, supply chain, and full lifecycle programs. Proficiency in sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com and Oracle is required, along with the ability to build relationships with key suppliers.
This role includes participation in a sales compensation plan, with a portion of on-target earnings (OTE) variable and tied to specific sales-related goals.
Requirements
- Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Incumbent has knowledge and experience in their discipline and may still be acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers, solves straightforward problems, and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Moderate guidance and direction are provided.

Pay
Annual hiring range: $84,300.00 - $143,222.86. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
Schedule
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
