Field Sales Representative II

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II for the Greater Colorado market. As a Fortune 100 company, Arrow brings technology solutions to a variety of industries including telecommunications, information systems, transportation, medical, industrial, and consumer electronics. The role involves defining critical markets and new customers, maintaining relationships with key contacts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting value-added services.
Responsibilities
- Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory
- Plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling
- Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts
- Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services
- Interact with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment
- Develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market full set of Arrow offerings
- Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR)
- Lead regular QBRs with major customers
- Promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers
- Solve complex problems using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues
Requirements
Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule of Mondays in Salt Lake, UT location and the rest of the week on the road/remote.
Qualifications
Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry. Comprehensive ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market full set of Arrow offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines. Proficiency in sales tracking systems, SalesForce.com, Oracle.
Skills
Ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities. Promotes and sells the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow. Builds and maintains relationships with key suppliers. Solves complex problems using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $76,600.00 - $121,002.42
Schedule
This position follows a hybrid schedule of Mondays in Salt Lake, UT location and the rest of the week on the road/remote.
