Job Summary

Kiva Confections relies on the Field Sales Representative (FSR) to manage and grow relationships with accounts in assigned geographic markets. The FSR will be the primary point of contact for these accounts and will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, developing and executing collaborative programs with Kiva's retail partners, building relationships, and identifying and closing new business opportunities within their assigned territory. This position reports to the Senior Sales Manager.

What We're Looking For...

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience with increasing responsibility
  • 2+ years of Cannabis industry experience preferred
  • Proficient with Google Suite and CRM tools are necessary; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to meet Kiva’s Motor Vehicle Report requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel extensively 4 days per week within the assigned market to work with retailer partners and consumers
  • Must be 21+ years of age

Pay

$58,000 - $77,000 a year Salary plus quarterly bonus.

  • Frequent travel to retailers, client sites, trade shows, or industry events
  • May require standing, climbing, or working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Regular virtual collaboration with team members across multiple time zones may be required
  • Occasional travel to company offices, client sites, or team meetings may be necessary based on business needs

Physical Requirements

  • Operates primarily in a remote/home office environment using standard office equipment such as a computer, phone, and video conferencing tools
  • Expected to maintain a professional workspace free from excessive noise or distractions during working hours
  • Regular virtual collaboration with team members across multiple time zones may be required
  • Occasional travel to company offices, client sites, or team meetings may be necessary based on business needs
  • Noise level in the work environment is typically low
  • Must have reliable internet access and an appropriate remote workspace that supports confidentiality and productivity
  • Must be able to load, unload, and move materials or equipment up to 50 pounds
  • May require standing, climbing, or working outdoors in varying weather conditions
