Responsibilities
The Field Sales Representatives will call on relevant medical specialties to promote and educate on our portfolio of products: Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease among others. This is a high-autonomy, field-based outside sales role for someone who wants to own end-to-end territory and help shape how we grow in the market.
- Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions to support clinical and operational needs
- Successfully develop and manage a territory plan that has you at or above targeted goals
- Actively engage with company training, sales tools, and management
- Maintain effective and regular communication with all staff members in an office or healthcare facility
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred, High School diploma required
- Familiarity with specialties such as Senior Care/LTC, Wound Care, Urology, Podiatry, Dermatology and Internal Medicine settings
- Minimum of 6+ months of Diagnostics sales selling experience to providers
- Proven ability to self-source leads and close new business
- Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Strong long-term relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company and insurance standards
- Reliable personal vehicle available for business use
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel as needed
- Required residence in territory geography where we are hiring
- Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements
Benefits
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000. Plus, Uncapped Quarterly Bonus. First Year on Target Earnings: $130,000-$150,000 (uncapped). Second Year on Target Earnings: $150,000 + (Uncapped).

Pay

This is a remote sales role based in Spokane. The ideal start date will be as soon as the right candidate is identified.
