Field Sales Representative

Job Summary

$3,000 sign on bonus is offered, with $500 after three months, $1,000 after six months, and $1,500 after twelve months. The position is based in Mobile, AL.

About the Role

Field Sales Representatives at AT&T are responsible for connecting with customers to introduce and sell the latest technology and services. They work independently to deliver personalized sales interactions and close deals through hands-on demonstrations and issue resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions
• Engage with existing customers daily
• Use strong negotiation and communication skills to build rapport and make sales
• Work independently in the field with scheduled appointments provided by AT&T
• Participate in paid training to set up for success
• Receive ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities

Requirements

• 1+ years of commission sales experience, with outside sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver's license for official business use
• Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

The starting salary range is between $60,300 to $100,000, depending on factors such as geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Commission potential is uncapped, with top earners having the opportunity to make $100,000.

Schedule

Varying schedules are designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
