Field Sales Representative
Job Summary
$3,000 sign on bonus is offered, with $500 after three months, $1,000 after six months, and $1,500 after twelve months. The position is based in Mobile, AL.
About the Role
Field Sales Representatives bring customized, white-glove experiences directly to customers' homes. They are driven to connect and thrive on challenges to achieve sales goals. Commission potential is uncapped, with top earners having the opportunity to make $100,000. Starting salaries range from $60,300 to $100,000, depending on factors such as geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments
- Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolution
- Use strong negotiation and communication skills to build rapport and make sales
- Engage with existing customers daily and use scheduled appointments to effectively interact with warm prospects
- Participate in paid training to set up for success in independent field work
- Receive ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities to stay tech-savvy
Requirements
- 1+ years of commission sales experience required, with outside sales experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
- Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance customer value and satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills to build rapport quickly
- Maintain a valid driver's license for official business use
- Work a varied schedule to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay
The starting salary range is $60,300 to $100,000, with potential for uncapped commission opportunities. Salary is dependent on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
