Responsibilities
- Manage all sales activities within an assigned territory, from lead generation through closing.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and go-to-market plans designed to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships through account management and upselling opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with property owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Research market conditions, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal sales and support teams to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and other business development activities.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information within the CRM system.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory approximately 50% of the time.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in a sales or business development role with measurable accomplishments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas or revenue goals.
- Strong new business development and lead-generation experience.
- Ability to manage and grow an existing book of business.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized and structured approach to managing a sales territory and pipeline.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to learn and effectively utilize CRM and sales technology.
- Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
- Ability to understand customer needs, market dynamics, pricing, and proposal models.
- Competitive mindset and strong drive to achieve results.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned territory.
- Experience working with customers in the hospitality, hotel, condominium, apartment, property management, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Open to candidates with varying levels of experience who can demonstrate a consistent history of sales success.
Pay
- Base salary of $60,000-$70,000, based on qualifications and experience.
- Tiered, uncapped commission structure.
- First-year total earnings potential of $125,000-$150,000+.
