About the role
We're seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role requires proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and a self-starter mentality. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote environment and be comfortable managing their own schedule.
Responsibilities
- Network at industry events, meetups, and conferences to build your local and regional network
- Prospect and cold outreach to identify businesses that are ready for a technology partner
- Lead initial discovery conversations to understand a prospect's needs, then collaborate with our architects to propose a fitting long-term solution
- Collaborate with our technical team to develop proposals and own the relationship through to close
- Keep your pipeline clean and current in HubSpot, track your activity, and report on what's working
- Nurture relationships even after a deal is done
Requirements
- Proven sales experience — you've worked a pipeline, hit targets, and know what it takes to move a deal forward
- Hands-on HubSpot experience, including lead management and pipeline tracking
- Strong communication skills — you're comfortable in a boardroom, at a networking happy hour, and on a cold call
- Self-starter mentality — this is a remote-friendly role, and you'll own your own schedule and strategy
