Field Sales Representative
About the role
Be the first responder from our team after fires, floods, and disasters. Quickly assess damage and the client’s needs, offering support and direction. Build strong emotional and practical trust with clients. Help people begin the restoration process with clarity, urgency, and care. Be available during off-hours—because disasters don’t follow a 9–5 schedule.

- Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
- Proficient with a variety of current technology

- Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
- Relevant experience

- Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need

- On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Achieve and remain current in required certifications
- Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner
- Support the office and company in their organizational mission, vision, and values
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in the following areas (any combination): restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, insurance
- 2 + years experience in an outside sales role
- Self-motivated to get results
- Loves working people in need of assistance
- Is organized, but flexible
- Must be able to prioritize and manage time
- Excellent communication skills
- Thrives under high-stress situations
- Enjoys working hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Servants heart to take care of others
- The physical environment requires the employee to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions
- Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Pay
$75,000 - $90,000 per year + commission!
Schedule
On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
