Responsibilities

  • Serve existing customers and develop new business
  • Build relationships with contractors
  • Execute sales strategy
  • Report progress to Regional Manager

Requirements

  • Self-motivated
  • Persuasive communication skills
  • A passion for sales
  • The ability to develop strong customer relationships
  • Proven sales and leadership experience, ideally in the construction industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, distribution, or related field
  • Experience in selling in the Construction/Building Materials industry
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies and leading a sales team
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Microsoft Dynamics/Salesforce)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Up to 50% of travel expected

Qualifications

Qualified applicants must have:

  • Proven sales and leadership experience, ideally in the construction industry
