Field Sales Representative

$3,000 sign-on bonus ($500 after three months, $1,000 after six months, and $1,500 after twelve months) for new hires in the Urbandale, Iowa area. Bonus not applicable to internal employees.

New Field Sales Representatives earn between $61,600 and $100,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Earnings depend on meeting or exceeding sales goals.

You’ll represent AT&T in the field, working independently to deliver hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions during scheduled customer appointments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing AT&T customers daily through scheduled appointments provided by the company.
• Deliver personalized sales interactions, including hands-on demonstrations and Wi-Fi assessments.
• Close sales by addressing customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Use strong negotiation and communication skills to build rapport and drive sales.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and use a company-provided vehicle for business use only.
• Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer availability.

Requirements

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience (highly preferred).
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and working in commission-based roles.
• Proficiency in upselling techniques to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive as part of the role.
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.
