Field Sales Rep, North Jersey Recreational Cannabis
About the role
Under the Federal Farm Bill it is legal to sell these low potency THC products across all 50 states via the internet, and anywhere you can grab a beer. This is a full-time, remote role with a preference for candidates in Jersey City, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Promote Cycling Frog’s product lines
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams
- Deliver proof of concept
- Inspire others to follow
- Directly sell into 100+ dispensaries
- Analyze market trends
- Develop account strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Grow Cycling Frog’s edible and beverage portfolio within the dispensary marketplace
- Manage sales forecasting and KPIs
- Work with distributor and fulfillment teams
- Develop market-specific marketing and promotional plans
- Lead local dispensary chain sales account sell-in and strategic planning
- Identify and develop strategic plans for non-buy accounts
- Visit 40-50 accounts per week, 150 accounts per month
- Build out proof of concept and report on in-store brand presentation and metrics
- Educate and promote Cycling Frog products in dispensaries
- Conduct in-store and event samplings
- Coordinate in-store sampling events
- Communicate opportunities with VIP/Karma, Distru/Headset/Bridge Nexus
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and account management
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and customer engagement techniques
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, as well as presentation delivery
- Time management and organizational skills for independently managing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in VIP-CRM tools and sales software; familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus
