Field Sales Rep - ShopRite NJ (North)
About the role
Apex Systems is hiring for an exciting Field Sales Representative opportunity based in NJ, where you’d be at the forefront of transforming the grocery shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Introduce shoppers to smart cart technology in-store
- Perform live demos and drive customer adoption
- Build relationships with store teams and represent an innovative brand
- Work independently while hitting user acquisition goals
Requirements
- Proven background in direct sales, preferably in retail
- Available to work a Thursday through Monday schedule, including weekends
- Willingness to travel within the market (up to 90%)
- Comfortable demonstrating and troubleshooting smart cart features
- Familiar with collaboration tools like Slack and Google Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Curious and solution-oriented, with a focus on understanding customer needs

$24-26/hour dependent upon experience
