Field Sales Manager, Twin Cities

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth in the Twin Cities & Greater Metro by building relationships with key retailers and distributors.
  • Study existing and potential volumes, identify opportunities to increase our presence, and ensure all shelves and back-stock areas are clean and organized.
  • Foster strong relationships with regional distributors and monitor inventory levels.
  • Develop in-store displays and maintain Point of Sale systems as needed.
  • Recommend changes in pricing, products, services, distribution, merchandising equipment, and techniques based on results and competitive trends.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards at all times.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience, preferably in beverage.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. occasionally and up to 100 lbs. regularly.

Pay

The base salary ranges from $57,000 to $70,000, depending on experience. Annual bonus potential is 10%, subject to meeting company financial targets. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint salaries, with potential for higher based on experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Additionally, a company car or stipend is provided for transportation needs.

Schedule

This role is remote, with occasional fieldwork required. The schedule is flexible, accommodating evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments.
