FIELD SALES MANAGER – WEST COASTHospitality & Foodservice Tabletop | Durable Goods ManufacturingRemote – Approved Locations: CA, WA, OR, CO, AZ & NVSalary: $100,000+ base, plus uncapped bonus ttg Talent Solutions is conducting a confidential search for a Field Sales Manager to lead channel growth for a manufacturer of durable, non-perishable tabletop and hospitality products. Position Summary This permanent, full-time remote individual-contributor role owns an exclusive West Coast territory. Approved candidate locations are California, Washington State, Oregon, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada. The position reports to the Vice President of Sales, U.S. & Canada. Success is channel-led: the manager develops independent manufacturer representative groups and dealer/distributor networks rather than relying primarily on direct end-user sales. Key Responsibilities Channel Strategy & TerritoryDevelop and execute regional channel sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.Manage, support, train, and strengthen independent manufacturer representative groups and dealer/distributor partners.Negotiate, launch, and evaluate dealer-specific programs.Identify new segments and untapped opportunities across the territory.Monitor channel performance, market conditions, and competitive activity; deliver concise monthly business reviews. Required Qualifications5+ years of sales experience.Proven success managing independent manufacturer representative groups and dealer/distributor networks.Experience selling durable, non-perishable manufactured goods in tabletop, hospitality supplies, buffet/serveware, guest-room accessories, or a closely related category.Background limited exclusively to food, beverage, or other perishable products does not meet this requirement.Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, analytical, and project management skills.Self-directed and accountable, with the ability to own a multi-state territory. Travel Expenses & SystemsApproximately 50–60% overnight travel; candidates must live near a major airport with strong nonstop or direct connectivity across the West Coast territory and nationally.All travel and entertainment expenses are covered through the company's corporate card and reimbursement programs.CRM experience is required; HubSpot familiarity is a plus.Basic ERP knowledge is required; SAP Business One exposure is helpful but not required.
