We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders. The position is field-based.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)
- Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement
- Ride alongs and in-field coaching
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals
Requirements
- One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required
- 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

W2, OTE $250,000 - $400,000+ Draw, commission & bonuses paid weekly

Full-time, weekends required
