Field Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our material handling sales efforts while actively growing and mentoring a high-performing sales team. This team is responsible for sales of New & Used Forklifts, Floorcare Equipment & other assorted Warehouse Products/Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, Train and Lead a team of Sales Professionals focused on selling and delivering material handling equipment to customers.
• Provide Coaching, Performance Management, and Strategic Direction to ensure team success while fostering a high-performance sales culture.
• Ability to master a full range of products to support and guide your team.
• Develop and execute an annual business plan in partnership with Executive Leadership.
• Ensure deep understanding of pricing strategies and proposal models to support deals with accuracy and competitiveness.
• Implement sales strategies that capture market share from larger competitors by emphasizing value, service and responsiveness.
• Maintain and Monitor Accurate Record of all sales activities using CRM Tools.
• Guide your team in best practices for reporting and pipeline management.
• Ensure Company policies and procedures are upheld, clearly communicated, and consistently implement across the sales organization.

Requirements

• Proven Success in Field Sales (1-3 years) and/or B2B Sales (1-3 years)
• Experience Building & Managing a Team (1-3 years)
• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year University

Qualifications

• Prior Experience in Sales Leadership
• Prior Experience in Material Handling Industry
