Responsibilities
The Field Operations Trainer will be a subject matter expert on using Alchemy Manager, Player, Coach, and Playbook. The responsibilities include facilitating training for onboarding new hires, conducting observations on trainers and employees, coordinating with operations and EHS to schedule training, generating reports to track progress, and training new trainers on Alchemy.
- Facilitate classroom training for new hires during onboarding for all warehouse employees
- Facilitate classroom training refresher safety training and operational cross-training for all warehouse employees
- Monitor training progress through reporting in Alchemy system
- Conduct observations on trainers and employees as needed
- Partner with Operations to schedule training for regulatory OSHA training and company policies
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED) and at least 3 years of experience as a field operations trainer. Other requirements include knowledge of Microsoft office products, experience in warehousing, logistics, or 3PL, and previous training or facilitating experience.

- Knowledge of Microsoft office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- 2-3 years of knowledge in Warehousing, Logistics, or 3PL preferred
- Previous training or facilitating experience required

Schedule
The schedule for this role includes working Monday on 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM) to support onboarding activities, and Tuesday through Friday on a flexible schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) based on operational needs.
