Field Operations Manager - Data Center Construction
About the role
The Field Operations Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of all field operations on data center projects for the Iowa Business Unit in Des Moines and Cedar Rapids, IA. This position provides guidance and expertise to Project Superintendents and acts as an advisor to Project Managers and Construction Managers on field operations. The role also involves developing, training, and maintaining a qualified force of field supervisors.

Requirements
- A High School Diploma is required; Industry related college degree is preferred.
- Eight years of commercial construction and business management experience is necessary, including six years as a Senior Project Superintendent position.
- Successful history of leading construction field employees.
