Job Description

The Field Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrative activities at multiple buildings within the district. They lead Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure conformance to contract requirements. They develop and implement cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements for assigned buildings. They oversee inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned buildings.

Compensation

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 annual salary (US Dollars) with $650/month vehicle stipend. The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of two (5) years of supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment. Experience in cost estimating/pricing work required. Must have working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures. Must be able to write reports and business correspondence and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.
