Field Operations Manager

Role Summary

The Field Operations Manager oversees active pool renovation projects and supports daily field operations. This role coordinates crews across multiple job sites and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards and project specifications.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction, renovation, or a related trade; relevant pool experience is preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Solid understanding of job sequencing and construction quality standards
• Strong problem-solving skills in a field-based environment
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both field crews and office staff
• Proficient with workplace technology, including CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other mobile and office applications, with the ability to use technology effectively to communicate, manage projects, and complete daily job responsibilities
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
