Field Operations Manager

RXO is a leading provider of transportation solutions, using cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the industry. This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, with potential for bonuses or commissions based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and evaluate LCC carrier performance against KPIs and metrics
- Lead LCC carrier management to develop and implement countermeasures and improvement plans, and follow up on progress
- Manage on-site LCC carrier activities including 12-16 hour shifts for all operational needs
- Create and enforce standardized work procedures (SOS/JES) for LCC activities
- Educate, train, and monitor LCC carrier execution to ensure adherence to standard work
- Conduct process audits and lead carrier performance reviews
- Review and approve weekly logistics consolidation center invoices for validity and first-level approval of invoices exceeding $330K/week and $17M/year
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures of $100K/annual in LCC projects
- Participate in network carrier transitions involving week-long assignments away from home
- Work across two shifts with LCC Operations ending at 1830 EST, at least one afternoon evening per week
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of logistics or transportation experience
- Demonstrated group presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong proficiency in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs

- Ability to comprehend and analyze multiple sources of data to identify and address areas for improvement
- Experience with value stream mapping activities and creating LCC process flow diagrams
