Field Operations Manager
About The Position
The Field Operations Manager leads and manages all wholesale water and wastewater operations and maintenance, as well as contract retail water and wastewater operations and maintenance. This role develops and executes operations plans, establishes standard operating procedures, manages system performance, and builds a high-performing operations team.

- Liaises with staff, programs, and infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant utility operations
- Supports scaling systems and capabilities to support Dominion’s continued growth
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field (Bachelor’s degree is desirable)
- Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in water and/or wastewater operations
- At least five (5) years in a lead or supervisory role
- Licenses & Certifications: Colorado Water Distribution and/or Wastewater Collection certification
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License
Additional Requirements
- Ability to respond to after-hours operational needs, including emergencies, which may occur during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Minimum Qualifications
