About the role

The Field Operations Administrator supports Field Operations Managers and Supervisors by coordinating travel, managing show files, and assisting with payroll, budgets, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up Field Operations travel, accommodations, and show schedules.
  • Maintain travel documentation, show files, and SharePoint folders.
  • Support show-site teams with payroll, billing audits, and equipment tracking.
  • Generate reports and assist the Director with budgets and performance tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar operations or administrative role.
  • Key Skills: Strong organizational skills, communication, decision-making, Microsoft Office proficiency, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and teamwork.
