About the role
The Field Service Administrator is responsible for managing field service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage field service operations, including scheduling and dispatching technicians.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, engineering, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Monitor service performance metrics and report findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in field service management or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
